Terms
Terms of use, including BP Data text alerts.
These terms cover bpdata.io and the BP Data Alerts text messages. BP Data is run by Brandon Phillips in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Questions: brandon@bpdata.io.
BP Data Alerts (text messages)
BP Data builds and runs websites for small businesses. BP Data Alerts texts the owner of a client business when a customer books or sends a request through that business's website, so the owner can call or text the customer back quickly.
- Who gets them: only business owners who signed up on the BP Data Alerts sign-up page and checked the box agreeing to receive them. BP Data does not text the business's customers.
- What they say: the booking or request details: the customer's name, what they asked for, where and when, and how to reach them. No marketing or promotions.
- How often: message frequency varies with how many bookings come in, usually a few a day or fewer.
- Cost: BP Data doesn't charge for the texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any alert. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed and no more alerts after that. Reply START to turn them back on.
- For help: reply HELP, or email brandon@bpdata.io.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Signing up for text alerts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Mobile numbers and text-alert sign-up information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.
