What does my number mean?
Radon is measured in picocuries per liter (pCi/L). The EPA recommends fixing a home at 4 pCi/L or higher, and considering it between 2 and 4.
Why it's common here
Utah's soil carries more uranium than many states, and the Utah Geological Survey has mapped the east bench near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon among the areas with the highest radon potential.

Questions people ask
Will the pipe be ugly?
We'll show you the route before we drill. Many homes can run the pipe through the garage and attic so nothing shows outside.
Does it work in a finished basement?
Yes. We usually place the suction point in a closet, utility room or the garage.
We're selling the house. Can you work with the closing date?
Yes. See the page for realtors and inspectors, or put the closing date in the form.
